Usage: Xtra clean should be apply to the soles of the foot before sleep. Wear socks if necessary to ensure the xtra Clean do not come off. Remove in the morning.Xtra Clean are usually effective for 8 to 10 hours.

To apply:

a. Expose sticky surface of plaster by peeling off protective paper

b. place one xtra clean with printed side facing the sticky surface of the plaster.

c. Apply to the soles of the foot before sleep.

d. For day time use apply to palms of the hands joints or tired muscles as appropriate.

Caution:
