Special K is a lightly toasted breakfast cereal manufactured by the Kellogg Company. The cereal was introduced to the United States in 1955. It is made primarily from rice and wheat. This food is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin A and Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), and a very good source of Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Iron, Manganese and Selenium.
